Now at the helm, Ken is involved in all aspects of New England Arbors. Accounting
Since joining New England Arbors in 2002, Cheryl's responsibilities have grown exponentially. The antithesis of all accounting stereotypes, Cheryl handles all accounting aspects of New England Arbors, and assists in many other aspects as well, with vast knowledge of products both current and retired and all aspects of office procedures and the business Cheryl is integral to New England Arbors and a true asset.

Jeremy Harron

Shipping/Warehouse
Originally part of our parent company, Jeremy recognized early on that New England Arbors was going places and he wanted to get on board. Luckily for New England Arbors, Jeremy is tenacious and has enjoyed the trip. Handling manufacturing, shipping and managing the warehouse employees, Jeremy is a marvel of efficiency. He also has encyclopedic knowledge of all (hundreds!) part codes.

Jim Lankin

Production/Operations
Jim began working at New England Arbors in production on the floor in 2005. Because of his hard work and discipline, Jim quickly moved up the ladder. Now he's the first person people see when they enter our office and whether he's busy ordering container loads of inventory, fielding customer installation and parts questions or a myriad of other tasks Jim has an eye for details, a kind word for everyone, and a pair of shorts for all 365 days.

Melissa Hoadley

Sales & Marketing
Melissa joined the team at New England Arbors in late 2008 and swiftly rose within the ranks of the sales department. Looking for a new creative outlet, she asked to also be part of designing the new catalogues and ended up taking responsibility for them in entirety. That success lead to her heading up the marketing department in addition to Sales. As someone who enjoys doing more than type of thing at a time, the dual role suits her fine.

Anthony Greene

IT & Product Development
Anthony relocated to be part of the New England Arbors team in early 2009. Responsible for all C.A.D. drawings and new product development, Anthony plays an important role in helping bring new designs to fruition. A self taught computer guru, he also has the sometimes thankless (but really much appreciated) task of keeping all systems running perfectly.
