New England Arbors

Back in 2004 I bought Nantucket and Fairfield arbors. Recently I noticed that the arches on the Nantucket arbor didn’t look new. I called the phone number on the warranty expecting either a huge fight or an out of service message. Not only did a sales manager (Fred Klaudi) answer the phone, but he said "no problem"! I sent him a picture of the arbor (no receipt needed) and he sent me the arches all within four days - how cool is that! A company that stands behind its products - imagine that!
